Hi, We’re Nicolette and Casey, the people behind Arcata Cabinet & Design Company. Arcata Cabinet began with our father, Tim Patton, who started as a Diamond Cabinet dealer in 1980. Tim opened his Arcata showroom in 1987, which is still our current location, before fully retiring in 2017. Casey and Nicolette both started working for the family business as teens. Casey is a true expert in installation, technical details, and Nicolette is a rock-star designer and cabinet expert. We’ve renovated kitchens, baths, and more throughout Humboldt County, CA. We’re dedicated to carrying out our father’s legacy of exceptional design, quality products, amazing customer service, and flawless installation.

Our design expert, Nicolette is a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) thru the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). She specializes in the design, planning, and execution of residential kitchens and bathrooms. Furthermore, CKD designers prove that specialized technical and communication skills are necessary to succeed as a certified designer.

We’ve been designing spaces and installing cabinetry for over 40 years. Our installation services are subject to availability and only available to customers who have purchased cabinets with us.
